Where do I find the User Authentication behaviors to create a log in behavior?

I'm trying to create a user log in behavior, and have found the tutorial for doing so.  My problem: when I go Window > Server Behaviors > (+) button, there is nothing on the pop up menu  for "User Authentication > Log In User".  Where is it hidden, or where can I go to download the extension?

Hello, I am newbie to the web design world and have come to a point where I am stuck in Dreamweaver MX. I have downloaded a pre-existing template from the web(free templates.com), customized the .psd file and made it my own(saving in to the web so it creates the HTML file).
