ISAPI Filters and Search Engines How to Migrate Your Dynamic Site

With the advent of Google and others killing site rankings via droping the URL and Metadata at the first instance of a "?" in a URL there needs to be a tutorial on how to migrate an existing dynamic ASP/PHP site.  There are far too many methods (COM, DLL, VB Script, .NET, etc.) looking to resolve the issue, and far too much research for such a timely issue.  Who better than to make comparisons between the different methods available, the cost in performance versus the cost in dollars, and ultimately in opportunity cost.

I like many others need something unbiased to review, and weight my alternatives against.  As it stands right now there are many potential solutions, a ton of hacks, scum bag profiteers and usual disinformation.  Making a bad decision because of poor advice, or poor research is not an option when you can make a bad situation a fatal one.

Any unbiased white paper, with a list of solutions broken down by pro/con and containing the nessecary coding steps to prepare for the conversion would be invaluable for anyone currently reviewing ISAPI Filter solutions.
