Any help or guidance here would be greatly appreciated.

Full page edge to edge width

Hi,

I'm trying to make a table fit from the very left of the screen right over to the right hand side with no gaps on either side. Something similar to how the top bar where the site navigation bar is laid out on this site is what I'm after; http://www.carmelasutera.com/index.asp

Thanks,

Martin
