Dreamweaver mx building message board or guessbook tutorial

Hello:

Would anyone please help me to find a tutorial about building a message board or guessbook using dreamweaver. I already know how to build a form for visitor to leave their contact info and comments, then I don't know where will it go after visitor click Submit. Also, I had some experience in creating database in Access but have no idea how to connect to the web, and how to display in as an web page
