I would like to know if you could create a tutorial/snippet/behaviour/etc which shows creating a unique ID based on a date and text number fields on ASP. I would like to get the following:

which stands for 2nd entry request for the month of June, 2003.
Read MoreI need to layout a map of canada which has been subdivided into the different provences. I need a roll over, maybe an image swap, and a clickable area which links to another page for each provence. I am sure you understand that the provences are not perfect squares and cannot simply go into their own table, but need some kind of coordinate setup. It would be nice if this map was viewable on IE 6+ and Netscape Navigator the latest version.
Am I asking for a miracle? I dont know... I'll have to wait and find out....
