How to write information to a file from a form in coldfusion
I was wondering if anyone knows how to use ColdFusion to write information to a file that has been input into a form.
I am not talking about a database, as I know how to do this already. But I am interested in writing form data into a .txt or .log file. I have tried many things but cannot get it to work correctly.

Adding rows to tables
I need to be able to add a new row to a table when the user clicks an 'add to list' button. The new row will have the same fields as the first row. It is to be used as an electronic timesheet, so the header row will have "Date", "Activity" and "Hours" columns. Below this is a row with the blank fields that the user will fill in. When they select they "Add new activity" button, I need a new row to be created.
