Create a log of users logging in

Hi,

I'd like to intergrate 'a log of users loged in' to my login application, basically i want it to add the following:

Username logged in at time and logged out at time.

And i'd like it to be added just to a txt file not a table in a database, coz you can imagine the amount of users logging in and out all day. Basically it just like a monitor, i don't need to use the data in admin etc etc. just to look at every now and then

Dreamweaver

Replace text form to List form.

Hi,

I have made a user registration form. One of the fields is the State but instead of having a blank text field for the user to type it out, I have made an MYSQL database of all the states. So I want to replace the text field to a list form. I know how to make the list menu with the database but it will not insert it in my users db.
