Add Dynamic Dropdowns to a Navbar

This week we will continue to show you tips and tricks you can use, while working with our newly released DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Navigation extension. Today's video tutorial will walk you through the creation of dynamic dropdowns in a navbar. First we will create a data source, add a DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Navigation navbar, add a dropdown to the navbar and finally we will apply a repeat-children region to the dropdown list. If you're using Dreamweaver CS5 or any lower DW version than that until today you weren't able to install our awesome DMXzone Bootstrap 3 and its Elements add-on. But our developers made everything possible to change this and now we're happy to announce that you can use them, along with our newly released DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Navigation, in any Dreamweaver CS3+ version! Keep in mind that due to the lack of media query support and modern browser rendering engine, the rendering in Dreamweaver design view might not be optimal for versions under DW CS5.5 but the extensions remain fully functional!

Bootstrap 3 Onscroll Navigation in Action

Last but not least today we'll show you probably one of the most amazing feature in DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Navigation - the automatic "active" item selection. For this live showcase we designed one page scrollable site, using DMXzone Bootstrap 3 and Elements for the responsive design, and HTML5 Animate CSS for the content elements animations. Using DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Navigation the page has been divided into sections and based on the scroll position the navbar automatically highlights the navigation target item.
