Color Palette

Color management tool for Macromedia Fireworks MX2004.

"Selector": Transformation RGB<->CMYK<->HSV<->HLS (it is accessible only in the full version). HLS visualisation. Nearest websafe color search.

"Blender": You choose two colors and "Blender" shows you from 1 up to 36 (in lite version-from 3 to 12) intermediate colors.

"Mixers": This tool displays gradation of four basic colors. You easily may select colors and at once see their combinations. The combination of colors you picked up is saved automatically between sessions and there is a possibility to save a palette as bitmap or color table (*.act) file.

Function "Replace Color": ( accessible only in the full version) - searches and replaces in your document colors of one palette with colors of another one. Thus you may change color scale in the sketch by one button pressing.

At work with function "Replace Color" I recommend to create in the sketch four squares and to apply to them four basic colors. In this case you will not lose combination of colors, which used at its creation. Work with this function is peculiar, it is necessary to become accustomed to this, but economy of time and immediate result cost that.

Colors (fills, strokes, effects) in document replaced only in vector elements, but not in bitmap or graphic symbol. If document contain "symbols" (graphic, animation or buttons) function "Replace color" will be disallowed.
