e-newsletter in Dreamweaver

I would like to create an e-newsletter in Dreamweaver. I understand that the images must be stored on a server, but other than that, am at a loss as to how it works.

you obviously have not carried out a Search on this site, as dmxzone have their own extension for just that. LoL
