Uploading Windows Media File Locally

Hi for some reason I am trying to upload a windows media file, 49MB and it just seems like its hanging. I am working locally using WindowsXP with a local IIS server running.

I have the timeout set really hi as well like 600000

Please help

Setting the timeout higher was a good start, but have you checked if IIS has a file upload limit default that you need to raise? I wouldn't be suprised if there was limits on upload sizes that can be changed. Poke around the IIS manager.
