We are slowly migrating our support from the forums to our new e-mail based support system, so if you can't find a solution over there, you can contact our support team by e-mail .
As always, a few things can help move support requests & bug fixes along easier, please mention the following in your e-mail:

• Version of Dreamweaver (MX/MX2004).
• Version of extension(s) being used.
• If necessary your Server Model (ASP/PHP/.NET/CF/JSP)
• Any screenshots/links for our support department to reference.
