introduction
As from now I'll try to give you me daily progressions on he development of an UltraCart based shopping site.
I think lot's of people can learn from this -- with all the little problems showing up, weird situations,etc ... -- and I really do hope that the pro's also give their feedback when I'm stuck ;-)
Maybe I could make kind of a soap from it... ;-p Just kidding!

Shopping carts are pretty cool..
I was looking for some pc parts not to long ago and while I was back at tigerdirect.com, I had the idea about writing a shopping cart. I've never attempted this before but in only about an hour, I have what looks like a shopping cart with a simple admin system but when I started looking to see how to connect it to credit card processors, I sorta started lossing interest because I still have some reading to do in that respect.
You can see what I came up with although I never fully completed the detail page, add to cart or check out functions but otherwise, everything else works.
