Setting FTP Permissions

I need to set-up my cgi form submit to have 755 permission. The only problem
is where do I find it?

I have read  Dreamweaver help files but been unable to find it - Please help!

There a couple of ways to achieve this the easiest is as follows

1. This functionality is not built-in to Dreamweaver's FTP client
but you can use the Set permissions extension available at the
Macromedia Exchange for Dreamweaver
