Change "includes to virtual from file"
A small extension that wwould change all includes to virtual links. As an enhancement to IIS Security, my server only allows virtual links and denies parent paths... such as ../../
An extension that allows changing all SSI includes from file tovirtual would be excellent!!

simple solution
I might be wrong, but is it not easy just to use a site wide find and reaplce and replace file".//xxxxxxxxxx" with virtual"xxxxxxxxx"
