about the SUBMIT button

I was reading DM tutorial, and at the Form section, I can't figure out how to use the "SUBMIT" button. the textbook, only tells me how to creat it, and how to rename it, but it doesn't teach me how to use it!! for example, if I created this FORM, I would like the information send to me via email or whatever when they hit SUBMIT. how do I do that? is there a link somewhere I can add the forwarding email address or how is it done?
