web form and its data bases: what the steps?
Hello:
I just created a form to collect my web visitors information. Now I do not know what is the very next step to do in order to receive the information when visitor click on the Submit Button.
I have tried to get some helps from Dreamweaver Help but got more confuse.
- I understand that we need a record page and a database, but how or where to create them?
- What about server model? What is the different between SQL server 2000 and PHP MySQL?
- Do we have to pay xtra service or install a program for specific server model?
My questions will go on and on, but basically beside these specific questions, where do I need to start first: recordpage, database, or database server?
Thank you very much guys. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Sending form details by Email
There are many solutions from simple bolt ons such as FormMail, which is CGI based, to inbuilt such as PHPs Mailing component to CDonts/CDOSYS for Windows hosting.
