how to do a online poll using dreamweaver and database
how to do a radio group online poll using dreamweaver and database?? and able to display result....can anyone pls guide me on doing it...i hav been spending a lot of time but in vain...I wan to do a poll juz like the pic below...anyone pls help me..urgently

It is simple to install and has a nice admin interface. You can manage as many polls as you like. No need to invent anything for yourself here.
