populating fields after selecting value in listbox

I have a connection to a sql2000-server

On a form I have 3 listboxes with values from 3 different recordsets. This works OK.

What I want is:

When I have selected a value in the first listbox I want to poulate 2 fields

Example

The listbox is for cities, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen....

When I select Oslo, I want the 2 fields to be populated with Norway and Europe
