Only textarea displayed?

Question:

I uploaded on my server all the necessary files. Insert new record function works but the toolbar of the editor is not visible on the page. Cannot make text bold, italics, colour etc. Only insert text in the fields . Answer:

well the problem is that your ScriptsLibrary is unaccessible and your page cannot find the edit JS file. You probably do not have the same site root defined in the DW site definition as on your live website. You should do so and then the ScriptsLibrary will be copied in your webroot so it can be found on your live web site

8 figure form name

Same thing happened to me. Problem was that the form name was too long. If it has no more than 8 figures/digits it works fine with me.
