Php Guestbook made simple using PHP, MySQL and Dreamweaver

Can anybody provide a good step by step tutorial for beginners like me. I want to create a guestbook with a admin section where I can delete entries and at the same time filter some words.

I want to achive this using only PHP, MySQL and DreamweaverMX is it possible?
