Form Submitter

Dreamweaver lacks a function to create a form, and then submit it via the server. Every time I need this, I end up designing the form in DW, and then either hand-crafting a submission page, or else using FrontPage. The ultimate scenario would be some way whereby you design a form, and then apply a server behaviour to it which would add a form submission script to the site and a few hidden fields to the form that would describe such things as required fields, etc.
