Allowing users to create content

Creating a dynamic website for CS clan. I have setup everything, even a login/logout page and linked this to a access database. My question is that I would like my users to be able to create pages.. (More info Inside)

Each users will be uploading CS's demo files of recent playing, and I am trying to understand how toallow each user to create a mini page(s) for themselves (from some basic template which I define)as well as upload the occasional file.

My thoughts are to define a template as a field in access, and try to output the data with varios data in a users table carrying their own personal information. As access has a 255 char limit, this is not an option.

I have already created and linked in an asp login screen, which works, and I am able to link the pages into the CS stats generated, to give user statistics (in real time). Any help on the above paragraph will be more than welcome.
