Login Database

I am trying to create a login page using the new Macromedia Extentions, and when I setup a html file add on the forms and buttons and make a database from Microsoft Access and import iy into the Local folder, it keep saying there is no database. I just dont get it yet, i dont even know what is a server model. Please tell me step by step. Thanks

I guess the simpliest answer would be, you need to either be using ASP/PHP or JSP pages to create a Login page, not HTML pages.

I have a ASP Tutorial for creating a Login page and database, which you are free to download and read, it includes a fully working Access version
