Create Flyer - Print to PDF

I'd like users of my site to be able to add content to a predesigned flyer and have them be able to print out the flyer in .pdf format ( i don't want them changing the flyer design ). Is there a tool or component that you know of that might help me (or any resources I could read)?

Hi guys I was wondering if you already got a solution for Lawrence Bunnell question? I also like to add content on the site... choose a business card layout and then.. convert it to a pdf file... then print... thanks...
