How to create a Bulletin Board?

Looking for a tutorial or website that details how to create a Bulletin Board on my website. I need to create a website with a bulletin board but I don't know html too well. I've been using Dreamweaver for a few years, but my coding skills are nil. I would like to get a hold of a tutorial that details how to create a bulletin board strictly through Dreamweaver, and then details what the info I need to get from my isp in order to get it to work properly. Any help would be nice.

I have created a few for use on some website, the only part I have never got working 100% is showing replies within the first message listing on the front page, but they list on the view message page nicely.

In its basic level it really is just an Add and Update page structure, just needing to pull the Message ID to include with the Reply to link them up.

I did read a good tutorial in SAMS teach yourself Ultradev 4 ... if you would be interest I could send you some details or write a tutorial.
