Insert multiple records into 1 table by using checkboxes

Insert multiple records into 1 table by using checkboxes I have 3 tables in a Access database: "product" (ProductID, ProductName), "colors" (ColorID, ColorName) and a many to many relationship between the two tables "relations" (ProductID, ColorID). I would like to insert multiple records in once in the relations table using checkboxes. Can this be done? I hope someone could help me. Thanks.

Macromedia have a tutorial on their site for 2 table insert, could be increased to more...not very pretty though (http://www.macromedia.com/support/ultradev/ts/documents/insert_mult_tables.htm)
