I can't seem to find the menudef.xml file. Can you point out where it is.

I noticed that , here and to other Allan Kent article's comments , users don't get any answer from him.
Is this normal ? Does he answer privately ? He just doesn't care ?

I'm looking for that file, too. I think we're supposed to create it ourseleves. Is it referenced in a previous article of his? Kinda frustrating, no?
