Dynamic Table Not Working Properly !

My dynamic table does not show any results in a search i created with ColdFusion

I created a simple coldfusion type site mainly to search for employee names and display their contacts. After i created a search page with a form and inserted a text field and button, i created a results page with a recordset ofcourse and a dynamic table. the problem is that when i test my search page it takes me correctly to my results page and the headers of each field are present but there are no records in the field....basically the table is empty no matter what. i dont know the cause of this as i am still a novice in coldfusion programming but i am intermediate with dreamweaver mx. can it be due to the post/get method? or possibly the form name in my search page?? any help is appreciated. thank you.

I spent HOURS wrestling with this. In the recordset boxes at the bottom under filter:

make sure the second box has URL Parameter and the box beside it has the NAME of the text box in the search form. I named the text box "LN" and used that. I was trying to use the database field name!! Now I get a populated table.
