Submit Form by e-mail and ,or, export as spreadsheet

Extention that would automaticaly calculate and export the form result via, e-mail or spreadsheet Including check box, text fields, radio button, without using cgi script.

Could be based on asp or php, data stored in small database like Access, DNS-less connection, then multi-option for action (send to single or multiple recipients, or extract from table as spreadsheet into server folder)
