Error 407 when installing extension

I am trying to install an extension that I just purchased from DMXzone, but I am getting this error:

"error(407) occured while connecting to server.
please make sure you are connected to the internet."

Error 407 means that you are working behind a proxy that requires authentication.

Try to make a direct connection - so switching all proxies off.
