HTACCESS secure password & user management system

I would like to request this extension!

HTACCESS secure password management system. The extension should create a web application that will require verification before allowing users to view the protected files. It should work on a folder level. Access is granted only to registered users with a correct user id, password and before expiration date of this account.

The extension should be ment for membership and subscription based Web sites, or simply to protect files on the Internet and limit access to specific users. It would be nice if it would have the functionality for real-time management of payments & automaticly change the expiration date of an account when payment is recieved. (with cycle billing).

The features should at least include:

• Web based administration interface.
• Administrator can add/modify/delete accounts.
• View and reset passwords for users.
• Password can expire if start and end date are set.
• Protected Bookmark pages should automatically load after verification.
• E-mail forgotten password.
• users have to be able 2 upload an avatar (using pure php upload & the oncomming php smart image processor for example)
• it should only require an apache webserver, php & mysql.
• it should create the sql commands to create the tables in the mysql db
