Automatic Form Builder
Builds forms dynamically like your Smart Database Objects but better! Update that one to MX in the mean time PLEASE! Rename the thing to "Automatic Form Builder" and people can find it in a web search and know it exists! Nobody would look for a form building utility or extension by searching on "smart data objects" for cryin' out loud :-)
For commercial release add the following:
Call all database fields into a dialog and allow edit of label, inclusion/exclusion of field in form, selection of element to insert for field, edit name of field, add border-yes no size, nest form table in table yes no size, align form center/left/right........

please clarify
I am searching in vain for a program to help me build a "Checklist" form where the user fills in quantities for particular items, and submits the collected dated via email. I don't like programming and don't want to spend a lot of time figuring this out. Is there a program that I can purchase or install to help me accomplish this? This would need to include "If Then Else" statements as I do not want to collect information with 0 or Empty Quantities. I use Dreamweaver MX 2004 and ASP VBScript. Even a Tutorial would be great.
