Title in new window

When using Advanced Open Window 3 to create a popup window there is always the title that says Web Page Dialog.

How can I change that?

Unfortunately when you select the popup to be Always on Top - IE automatically add this to the title...

The only way to prevent this is not selecting the option Always on Top.
