Failure to respond

I've been trying to install your Extension manager and then get an extension installed. Your website says the extension manager isn't installed, even though its running. I've sent multiple messages to you and you ignore them. I created an account : johnmcneill57@msn.com. When I try to log in with this account it says the password is incorrect, even though, I created the password in a wordprocessor and copied/pasted it into your website, so I know it's correct. When I try to reset the password, you site says it sent me a link that I never get. John McNeill johnmcneill57@msn.com
