Job Aplication Form Showcase

For this showcase we used Bootstrap 3 Forms Designer to create a job application form, which contains different field types. We added multiple validation rules to it using App Connect Form Validator such as - required, text, numbers and accepted file types. The name field has unicode validation applied, thanks to the Unicode Add-on. Once filled out properly, the form can be submitted by a submit button.
