Advanced: Editing the Bootstrap Starter Pages in Dreamweaver

In this tutorial we will show you how to use and edit the DMXzone Bootstrap starter pages integrated in Dreamweaver.

How to do it

1. In this tutorial we're going to edit one of the starter pages that come with DMXzone Bootstrap. To open it in Dreamweaver, go to file (1) and select the new menu item (2).

2. Select page from sample (1), Bootstrap (2) and choose the design (3). When you choose it, click the create button.

3. You can preview the starter page in design view.
   
   

4. There are two cells with content at the bottom part of the page. You can change their properties using the Properties Inspector tools.
   
   

5. We delete the default content in the top part of the page.

6. Add an image from the insert menu (1) for the page banner and change the default page title (2). You can also change the default menu items (3).

7. Now we are going to add two images in the cells that are located below the main banner. We delete the default cell content and insert the images like we did for the banner.

8. We do the same for the right cell.

9. Now you can preview the page for the different devices and browsers.
