I installed the plugin, now what?

I installed the plugin and I don't notice anything different. I'm trying to edit a Bootstrap website template I downloaded and it's not previewing correctly. After doing some searching, I came across this plugin. I Installed it via your instructions, but of course nothing has changed. Please provide instructions on how to use this with a Bootstrap website template.
