Creating an upload form

In the third part of Creating a Full Manageable MP3 Player with Cover we will show you how to create an upload form that will be used for both uploading songs and covers and cropping the uploaded covers.

How to use:

Insert a form containing two file fields
Add Pure PHP Upload 2 to your form
Add Smart Image Processor PHP 2 in order to resize files from image field
