Google Chrome version 3 Released
Google bumps the stable version up to 3.0.195.21.
If you’re a Google Chrome user, there’s an update headed your way as Google bumps the stable version up to 3.0.195.21. When you think about it, that’s pretty impressive. Chrome is only a year and two weeks old and it’s already up to version 3.
What's new:
- JavaScript performance up 25% from version 2
- Redesigned New Tab page that’s easier to use and more customizable. A nice new feature is the ability to pin a thumbnail to the New Tab page and have it stay there.
- Improved omnibox (address bar) with tweaks such as small icons to help you distinguish between suggested sites, searches, bookmarks, and sites from your browsing history.
- Greater HTML5 support.
- Themes to change the look of your browser.
