How can I prevent specific folders from showing in Folder View 2?

When using Folder View 2, you might not want all the folders to appear in the Folder View. Folder View 2 now offers a Blacklist-option! The use of the blacklist is already fully configured. All you have to do is add the names of the folders that you do not want displayed.

After you have added the Folder View 2 to a page, find the file dmx_folderview_config.asp that was added to the root of your website. Open this page in Dreaweaver and switch to Code View. The code will look like this:

Now simply add the names of the folders that you do not want to display! In our example below the folders employees and billing were added.

Note: As you can see, there are already a number of predefined options of folders that will be hidden.
