Upload Error: (21) Translation for PU3_ERR_SAVE not found

When I apply Pure ASP Upload 3 on a page and run it in my browser I get:

Upload Error
(21) Translation for PU3_ERR_SAVE not found.

Error 21 appear when the file cannot be saved in your upload folder.
Perhaps, this is a permission problem. For more information how to set the correct permissions check the following Tutorial About Folder Permissions

Also, there is a problem with your translation file.
Make sure the generated localization folder  /ScriptLibrary/localization is uploaded to your live server
