If you Google 'captcha' you will find a number of tools for implementing forms with challenges which only a human should be able to complete.

Unfortunately everyone suffers from people using robots and programmes to submit forms, its one of those things that come with a website, but you can make it a little harder for the robots with solutions such as 'captcha'
