Yahoo! Mail: Now with chat

Yahoo! has just added a chat tool in Yahoo! Mail. You now have the option to type a conversation with your friends directly instead of sending an email and waiting for an answer.

The chat application has all the features you can expect from a chat application, you can set your status, have various display settings (including nice bubbles with text) and you can set your own avatar.
