Need help creating a script to send email from a form..I'm a complete NOVICE

I need to be able to get the form replies from a questionnaire sent to me in an email. Please help! I've taken over a web site from someone who has passed away... doing ok with it, with one minor problem. There is a questionnaire form on web site ... I need to be able to get the replies sent to me in an email... I don't know html at all! (Seems like the corresponding script was not sent over in the transfer). I've called around and was told to download sendmail or formmail... but I need to script to go with it... I've looked at so many web sites my head is spinning!! Any suggestions! Appreciate whatever assistance you can give!!

If you grab a copy of formmail, once the permissions and contact details etc are set up, you can simply point your form at it and it will send the email.

I would also check with your host, many provide free form to email scripts.
