ASP Registration and confirmation email system

Hi,

I want to build a page where people can subscribe to a newsletter, to avoid that people you someone else his e-mail address I want to send a confermation e-mail to the e-mail address that was submitted and to confirm the subscription. I have found on the site in PHP but I am using ASP
