resource you are requesting.

Please contact the server's administrator if this problem persists.

I usually get this error when I'm trying to do a postback (when you process the form on the same page).
When using Internet explorer, it is prefectly OK to have the form action set to "" because IE will post to the same page.  But try to do that with Netscape 4.x... you'll quickly find that it doesn't like that.

To get around this, make sure to have a form action specified in the form tag.
