IIS for Windows XP home

I am building a website and i need to set up a members log in (no probs) but as i understand it, that if i am using XP home then i cannot install the IIS - internet information server.

I am building a website and i need to set up a members log in (no probs) but as i understand it, that if i am using XP home then i cannot install the IIS - internet information server.
Is there anything i can do about this as i need a members section - i really need an IIS as i cannot seem to get my server behaviors + section in dreamweaver to work without!! - Is there anything else i can do instead? please can i have tips, links, tutorials, etc etc

To install and run IIS just reinstall the OS into XP Proffessional.. then install the IIS. Else you can get the serverspace from some free hosting servers. Some free hosts do provide asp support free cost. If you are using Dreamwer to create these facilities why do n't you use PHP script and My SQL database.
