File doesn't show after upload

I'm uploading a file and it doesn't show up when the progress has finished

Answer:

You are probably running on a server that has the security very tight. Your server uses the so called mod_security. You should turn SecFilterScanPOST off, by adding following to the file named .htaccess that should resize in the root of your site (it is a regular text file):

SecFilterScanPOST Off

I am running PHP 5 and I tried using the .htaccess file and it helped nothing.
