league system Support

Hello to all and thankyou if you are able to help. I would like to know how to build a football league system which updates the table automatically after the users have inputted there results. It needs to be an UK based football league with 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. Any help would be great and please dont forget this is for a beginner !!!!!!!

This is something that I'd love to spend time working on. I'm on another project at the moment but will finish by the weekend. If no-one has come up with the goods by then, I'll give it a go....should only take a day or so!

i can build all the pages but its the way to make the table updates by +3 points if the user enters a win and by +1 if the user enters a draw etc etc. how do i make the points field on my database add points when theres points already in there. eg: 34 in the database and a user logs a win so it should update the database to 37 points. thats what i dont know how to do. would you be able to email me ur asp script. i might be able to see from there how to do it.
